- Certification Signatures on DS-2019 for travel
- Edits to DS-2019
- Name change
- Adding J-2 dependents to SEVIS record
- Re-Print of DS-2019 (due to lost or damaged documents)
5 Business Days:
- Home Government or Other Organizations Forms
- I-515A Processing
- Letter of certification
- confirm valid J-1 international scholar status
- Transfer Eligibility Form
7 Business Days:
- Change to J-1 Scholar Status
- Employment Authorization for J-2 Dependents
- Reinstatement to J-1 Scholar Status
10 Business Days:
- Request for Form DS-2019 by University of Miami host department
- to begin a new J-1 program
- to extend an on-going J-1 program
- to transfer from a different J-1 program
- to amend a current Form DS-2019
