This payment portal is to be used by international students and scholars who need to pay express mail delivery charges, as quoted in the email sent to you by ISSS, to have immigration documents sent to your destination.

Refund Policy: Refunds are credited to the credit card number used for the payee’s payment transaction. Refunds will only be given if expressed mail package has not been sent to you yet. Otherwise, fees are nonrefundable.
